I very rarely use the scents. Never seen it work. I rattle on occasion.

I used to use doe pee when walking to my bow stand but haven't bow hunted in years.

If you aren't rattling during the rut you are missing out

        Scents, no..

Never had any luck with scents. But I'm a big believer in rattling and have the mounts to prove it.

I rattle a lot pre-rut into the post rut. I have scents when using a grunt tube to stop deer before they get downwind of me. Works well and some cases makes the love sick bucks curious enough to stay in the area even though they could see me and eventually smell me.

I don't use scents anymore. The only deer I've ever rattled in are very young

No on scents. Rattle when time of year is right.

I rattle a lot but not at feeders as I just don't have any luck at feeders and seam to see less deer if I rattle at feeders. Doe in heat scent does work at times but I don't use it much. I have my rattling horns up in the tree with me right now sitting on several trails.

I've had a drag line with some tinks work one time. Killed a nice buck that followed it with his head done right to me. That's the only time but I still use it during the rut. It's never scared a deer off so why not. It might work again one day. I rattle and grunt and snortweez a lot also during the pre rut and rut.
