You have to have a monitor for the monitor. Smart did clarify what he meant though in a later post.

I have shot several deer with a bow including the best buck I've ever killed and loved it; however, after the appeal of the "challenge" wore off, I have settled back into rifle hunting during rifle season mostly. I get more enjoyment out of rifle hunting and shooting guns preparing for the season than I did bow hunting. I also enjoy hunting with other stuff like my Thompson Hawken, M1 Garand, M1A and my 1911. I still bow hunt occasionally and I know I will get back into it (which equates to just getting my bow out of the closet) and will bow hunt hot and heavy for a couple seasons.

After bow hunting for years, the only thing bow hunting really "does for me" is getting me in the stand a month earlier and now that crossbows are legal I may buy one and go that route because I think it would be fun.

A bow is all I use. I have a few rifles and the ones I have scopes mounted on I cannot shoot worth a darn. Need to remedy that....

Bow only for me. This season my sons and I built a nice box blind to bow hunt out of for when the weather is rainy or cold or both. Been bow hunting for a long time and I still get that huge adrenaline surge when it's time to shoot a deer or hog. It's a great feeling!

Bow hunt only if conditions are right. If very cold weather I might take a gun but just for hogs or predators.

Bow hunt exclusively for the last 25 years. It's just the right way to hunt for me. I still enjoy my guns. Most importantly, I support all types of Hunters because I know if we don't stand together, there are groups that would like to take it away.
