^^ this.... all bow unless invited to go somewhere only setup for guns, with no option of bringing a blind.

Bow hunt unless. Invited somewhere to hunt for a day or two and not set up for bow hunting.

Hunt with a bow but sometimes I do enjoy sitting in rifle stand with all the comforts, playing on the phone, reading a book, drinking coffee but I don't consider it hunting

Normally crossbow hunt during bow season, then bring out the rifle during rifle season. This year is rifle only though unfortunately.

[QUOTE=Shane;12834793]Sometimes I hunt with my bow, because it's fun.

Other times I hunt with my rifle, because it's fun.[/QUOT

            Perfect!

I bowhunt hard during bow season, but when gun season opens I'm ready to bust the gun out.

I'm like the opener has come and gone?.....The first week in November doesn't even register with me after being on a bow lease for 10 years until the guns start going off.

The only time I pick up a rifle is on an invite where a rifle is required or there are no bow stands. If I need meat at the end of the season, I have pulled out a rifle and head shot a doe or two occassionally. However, I've gotten to where I let the lease members' kids do it for me with my tags with a gun or bow. They like to shoot stuff and I like the meat and can sit at camp and cook and drink....win win....

                Isnt that illegal??
A person tagging someone else's kill??

                HELLO GAME WARDEN??

x2 Also where I hunt is so thick that if you have a clear shot over 35-40 yards it's the exception.

I may pick up a rifle, but enjoy bow hunting so much more. I love challenge bow hunting presents, and being in the thick of things.

I'm guilty, I bow hunt often as possible but tend to break out the gun for rifle season. I don't use it the entire time but I have it with me at the camp if I want it.

Bow 100% of the time unless I am guiding someone else.

Rifle comes out after deer is tagged, strictly for critter control. Never shot more than one deer in a season, and don't want to. I rigged up a pistol for hunting from bow distances - 1 for 4 with it so far. Hog down, but missed 3 coyotes...

No guns for deer unless I get invited to MEXICO and I have no choice. AR for pigs only.
