    I'll never buy another one had them drop the ball numerous times for warranty work its back there for the second time they have had it for two months and no contact last straw.

      I really like the binocs
      I had to send my first v-Brite back also.
      They sent me back a new one free. Second is working fine. That little red dot is deadly on running pigs in low light.
      My leupold customer experiences have been outstanding, but they cost more than my I want to spend for everyone one of my guns.

            Man I have to tell all of you, it’s hit or miss on when the “Henny Penny’s” and nah sayers in our TBH community are going to attack a post!! Leoupold has the same dang warranty and I don’t see you all smashing their product. I sincerely apologize to all of you for giving you ammo to bash in my opinion. a great product!!

                  I had a vortex viper and from the factory the light up reticle flickered when turned on. never used it so never sent it back.although the rest of the scope was very nice. Thats probably why they still make money. I could live with that issue.

                      It's not bashing YOU. It's the fact that so many ride their nuts and talk about how awesome they are and how great their warranty is. If so many folks use the warranty it'll tell you how great the product isn't. Leupold. Swarovski. Zeiss. Nightforce. Kahles. All have pretty well the same warranty in 99% of claims. Thing is....your odds of having to use them is much much lower.

                          I will not buy their product because it is the number one most returned product I have ever seen on hunting forums. It's basically wildgame innovations with an awesome warranty.
