    Customer For Life!!!

    So, I bought a Vortex Crossfire II from one of our fellow TBHers. I put this thing on four different guns and couldn't sight it in to save my life. I sent it to Vortex and look what they did! I will never buy anything but from now one!
    I wish everyone had customer service like them!

                    Absolutely. Not exactly what your bragging point should be. Good optics companies usually have good customer service too, you just don't have to test it so often.

                        I've got 2 V-brites - been on my ARs for a couple of years now...they work fine for me.

                        Good to know they have good service if needed.

                          Question for all of the guys hating on vortex...if they had so many products being sent back, how in the world do they stay in business? They have to make money, but are their products really that marked up that they can afford to replace that many?

                            Yep--had a Vortex w/lighted reticle for nighttime hog hunting and sold it. My Leupold with heavy duplex works mo-bettah for me.
