Takes them a while to get used to it. Give a week or so

If there are oak trees around then they are eating the acorns. Hunt the oak groves.

Yep, east Texas corn feeders get abandoned pretty quick when there is pressure, or acorns. As stated above, it will take a little time also. Good luck!

            There's lots of oaks.

Should I turn the spin time down? Only feed 1X day?

Right now it's set to throw at 730 and 5pm for 5 seconds.

I might have to change the second feed time till 730pm cause I don't get home till 6.....

If I was only hunting hogs, I'd just feed in the evenings

I agree with Mr. Whiskers. Feeding in am for hogs is a waste of feed.

So let's say you put that feeder up with out a light and you had 10 hogs coming to it regularly. Then, you put the light up. You just scared off 90 percent and you're left with one hog that's not bothered by the light. That one hog hasn't found your feeder yet but it will.

Ever think it might be because of the full moon?

Depending on the pressure hogs will take time to get used to the light. If you are only hunting hogs @ night feed twice in the evening 5:30 and 7:30 may be.
