What broadhead did you use on your first bow kill...Trip down memory lane?

Coyote with a 90 grain satellite three blade around 1995 or so. First deer was shot with a Spitfire.

100gr shwacker 2 blade on a doe 2 or three years ago made a bad shot and almost stoped with a bow right then and there got lucky and the blade cut the artery going down her spine right by her kidneys. No blood other then on the arrow and where I found her 50 yards from my tree stand

125 grain Thunder Head on the second 8pt of the day I shot at. First 8pt ducked the arrow when a dove flushed right around the first shot.

My first animal was actually a Corsican ram from the famed YO Ranch around 1980ish ranch....spot and stalk....and some "see and run"..


Killed with a 50lb Indian bow, aluminum arrow, three fingers glove, armguard with velcro straps and a Bear Super Razorhead with the super duper "bleeder blades"..







Unfortunately this is the only pic I still have of the hunt. I'm second from the left trying to let my middle brother drag his catalina in. Hoping like heck that my parents have pics stashed somewhere.




This was my Dad the year before with the setup he gave to me for my hunt the next year. He never killed another animal with a bow. He preferred his guns.
