I bet if you dropped a few lbs and re-accessed your eating habits, you wouldn't need this miracle pill.

Have you researched the negative effects of this snake oil?

Problem doc has is my wife and I still want one more kid and he’ll only prescribe clomid or test. So he’s got me on 50 mg of clomid 5 days a week for now. May have to go some place else, I’ve heard you can take test with hcg and not do too much damage to your swimmers. Anyways process has been at least started. Any advice is well received.

If you want a good doctor in your area, check out Dr. John Grant in Paris, Texas. He is a Urologist and VERY knowledgeable in TRT therapy. Not a "in the box doctor." Once established I believe he does telemedicine.

He also says that if you start taking it that your body might stop producing its own. Is that correct?

after reading this thread I may go back and see a uroligist or something.
220 is super low. Yes, your own production will stop once you begin injecting testosterone. Only way to preserve your own is with HCG. If your done with kids, go on testosterone only. Don't mess with HCG in my opinion. PCP doctors are in general not well educated in TRT. You 100% need a urologist or endocrinologist. As a doctor, if he doesn't know that testosterone will shut your natural production down, I'd run for the hills to get away from him!! Any protocol of injections less that at least twice a week will be an absolute rollercoaster ride. You need to educate, educate, and then educate yourself because it's a lifetime commitment.

2 ml once a week? 2 ml of 200mg? If so, your doing 400 mg of testosterone a week. That is 100% not TRT, it's a cycle. Not trying to be a ***** but there is A LOT of misinformation going on in this thread. Can't emphasize enough to really do research and educate yourself. DON'T GO BELIEVING ALL THE BRO TALK. Also, nothing is more important than checking all your bloodwork regularly. EVERYONE REACTS DIFFERENTLY GUYS. EVERYONE. BRO advice will get you in the hospital or worse. Just trying to help here.

                      3.5ML once a week!? REALLY!? 700 mgs a week. That's 2/3 of a gram. I HIGHLY DOUBT IT. THIS IS CRAZY...…..

If you we're doing that much your numbers would be more like 5000 ng/dl. I'd be really interested to hear your protocol. Any AI? What's your HCT look like????

Find out if you are primary or secondary. If you don't know what this means...do some studying.

Know total T, Free T, PSA, E2, Hematocrit, hemoglobin, CBC, etc.

Exogenous T suppresses bodily-produced T. If you are low....you are low. You can always stop and go back to being low again.

Guys need to study this....a LOT...before you go jacking with your hormones. Know what you are sticking in you and what it does....how it interacts with the HPTA axis.

If none of this makes sense....do some reading as you aren't ready to star sticking yourself with hormones.

This can be greatly beneficial but can also jack you up long-term if you aren't careful. Most docs don't know **** about this stuff. If they don't measure E2...walk away and find another doc.
THANK YOU! FINALLY SOME GOOD SOUND ADVICE!!!

If you are injecting at night it could keep you up. If you break up that .5 into three shots, say Mon, Wen, Fri, you'll feel like a whole new person. Less conversion and much more stable levels. Any change in protocol take around 6 weeks to level out.

True story. It sucks taking so many shots but it does help. I have done 3 before a week but now I do mondays and Thursdays. Makes me feel a little less like a pin cushion. It also keeps my mood more stable throughout the week. Everyone is different. Some guys go once every two weeks and feel fine. For the life of me I can’t figure out that regimen but hey. Do you and if it works so be it.

Take weekly injection( my wife is more than happy to do it for me) and have no ill effects from it. The key is to take as little as possible to get you back where you need to be. A lot of guys go by the "more is better" method. That's when you get the bad side effects. Also, testosterone therapy will have a tendency to raise your blood cell count so it's' important to give blood ( I do it every 8 weeks). Also, if you're working out hard this will raise your natural test numbers. The key to it is to keep a close eye on it.
By “raising your blood count,” are you referring to blood volume? RBC? WBC? Something else?

been on it since I was 27, my level was below a 100 the first test second was right around 113, said it was unusual for levels to be that low for my age group. Who ever mention about vitamin d been low was right mine was really low at the time. I have ms also which is known to be associated with low vit d and test lvls. I cant tell ya how much of a difference it made taken one shot a week. Im a new man for sure! Here lately been having issues with all the virus going on and getting my prescription, last shot was 3 weeks ago and can make your body spiral down!
