The surfactant in Roundup kills the fish. 2-4d and Rodeo should do the trick.

It looks like dollar Lilly to me (I'm not an expert) but I've been fighting aqua plants for a few years not. Here's the best/safest solutions I've found. It's a lot of work but it works.
The original Jenlis Weed Razer lake weed cutter is an effective, easy-to-use aquatic weed removal tool that cuts almost any type of rooted underwater plant.

If that was directed toward me, I was being facetious. There was a thread about introducing duckweed.

I was being serious and trying to offer help to the OP. I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't play stupid got ya games.

Liquid call Tsunami. Put a surfactant in it to help stick. 8oz to 15 gallon sprayer. In a week it's dead.

                          Watershield

Looks like Watershield, aka Dollar Bonnet:

"Water shield is a perennial plant with relatively small, floating oval to elliptical leaves (to 5 inches in diameter) with no slit. Water shield has a distinctive gelatinous slime on the underside of the leaves and coating the stems. Leaves are green above while the underside of leaves and stems are reddish-purple. Stems attach at the center of the leaves. Flowers are small (9 1/2 to 3/4 inch), rise above the surface, are dull-reddish in color and consist of 3 to 4 sepals and petals. Water shield tends to be found in soft, acidic waters and can form large colonies."

Clearcast with imazamox will clear it right up and won't hurt the fish. It is the same formulation as Beyond herbicide and has the lowest restriction of an herbicide and is completely safe. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00YY...ID=41dlQWk8CZL

Maybe change the ph of your water to slightly alkaline, so long as the fish can handle the change...the plant may die off
