Tides should be ripping this weekend with high tide higher than it has been lately. Keeper trout (16-19s) have been in waist to chest deep water, but if you want any larger fish you will need to work in water no deeper than your waist. Good luck!

I'm leaving Houston at noon. If you see 3 guys in a older 22' blue wave say hi. I will be the big guy driving the boat. Fishing should be really good this weekend.

Chest deep water with movement- I would fish the shoreline across from the old coast guard station if you cant get in the surf.

Fishing was good. Didn't find any reds, but slammed the trout pretty good. Quick trip Friday evening and we caught some pigs out by the jetties on plastics. The smallest was 18"s and the rest were 22-25"s. The biggest one was pushing 7lbs. Fished the bays with croaker on Saturday and this morning and caught quick limits of trout 16-21"s.
