I realize this deer is not everyone’s cup of tea. We decided to let a friend of the family hunt him because we are trying to grow big typicals. He is truly an impressive deer to lay hands on and he couldn’t of been shot by a better guy.

My dad has been busy burning pasture (and snakes). We are really dry down in Tilden but the deer looked good to end the season. Hopefully we can get some rain soon to bring on the new growth and have a good spring!
