Bought in 2004. Just under 900 acres. All native when we bought and just introduced the bred does in 2014-15 or so.

They blew up fast!!

Made my first trip of the fall. Saw lots of good deer. The big 12 is really impressive in person and probably is right around 185”. Caribou freak is like nothing I’ve ever seen before.



Was able to do some doe management. We killed 5 or 6 this weekend. One I shot with my new Halon 32.

We flew for 45 minutes this AM looking for the big symmetrical 12. Never laid eyes on him and slightly worried something happened to him. We did capture this guy and 20 does.

.

Thursday evening I got a nice doe.


Will update with photos and video when I get back to Houston and get some time. DMP capture was a blast but I’m worn out! Was a beautiful morning for it. Hot now!
