RTIC soft side cooler problem/warranty issues

Had mine just under a year, and the zipper separated. Just got an email from them today saying to ship mine back and they will replace with a new one. I bought mine from Buccees.

I have had two that I purchased from Buccees that the zippers have separated on. I will not be buying another.

mine just did the same thing and Rtic told me that since it was a year and a half old that there was nothing they could do.......really...a $150 cooler isn't expected to last more than a year and a half? They told me to glue it back myself.......it never got used very much as it was because the dang zipper was so hard to use. Won't be buying another one from them at least....

Mine took a beating last summer in the back of my side by side. At the end of summer I had a couple of spots starting to separate and they sent me a new one after sending the one I had back in. I really did not expect them to.

Mine is doing the same thing on top. I too bought the cooler from the Houston Rodeo deal. Going to try and glue it back. I don't think they are that great anyway as far as holding ice. Have to keep greasing the zipper too or it binds up.

I have Rtic products that are mostly untested at their point. I have been extremely disappointed in the delivery process and communication. Very poor.
