          Thanks man. I lived there for 5 years. Was doing a lot of rock work for others but was able to get a solid start on a building that will be standing long after I am gone. Typical wall is 2'-6" thick.

                          Yes. Picked up along the 14 mile of dirt road to it and such. All sand is pulled from the creek. Yes need to buy Portland.
