I've got a coworker that has a cabin on, I think it's called, the Terlingua Ranch. I'd like to go see it sometime.

Get out there, it sure is gods country! My place is also on Terlingua ranch, just 3 miles from the NE boundary of the big bend state park ranch.

Thanks man. I lived there for 5 years. Was doing a lot of rock work for others but was able to get a solid start on a building that will be standing long after I am gone. Typical wall is 2'-6" thick.

No sir 2000gallons of catchment, with a 12 volt pressureized water line. Point of source hot water(propane)

Yes. Picked up along the 14 mile of dirt road to it and such. All sand is pulled from the creek. Yes need to buy Portland.
