One heck of a lab rescue!

I truly think each of us ,if we are lucky, will have one good dog in our life. I've had mine and it sounds like you've had yours. People ask me all the time if i'll get another lab. I shake my head and just say "no, it wouldn't be fair ,they never would measure up.
keep plenty of pictures and remember your friend well. Prayers sent for you all, going to be a tough week

Man, that sucks. I hate to hear that. Hope you find peace and solace knowing you gave him one heck of a nice life. Probably more than his previous owner could have done.
