My goal was to see what vitamins and minerals y'all take and really why. Multi is pretty common, as is fish oil these days, but the others vary based on if you were convinced it make sense for your body. Additional C and E for immunity is what convinced me. The joint supps were because I'm getting old and sports don't help.
I am big on C for immunity. I try to get it natural through full pulp OJ every morning but if I feel the slightest bit off I will start chugging emergenc, like 3 or 4 a day, haven't really been sick since I started that.

All of this on top of a cutting diet that changes weekly, ive been able to drop 75lbs while maintaining/increasing lean muscle mass so far and thats only been in 10 months. I will be at my 1 year mark half way through August and some days im extremely proud of how far Ive come completely natural.
Definitely helps surrounding myself with fellow fit hunters/athletes as well as tons of bodybuilders.
I have a LONG road ahead of me but im determined to get down to a healthy body fat percentage.
You have a great list peter, look into adding wheat grass juice to your list. I only see one person so far taking it and it should be on everyone's list. I mix it with unsweet almond milk and take my other vitamins with it in the morning. Your thinking in the right direction fo sho

Food only here. No pills no way. I assure you eating more protein and less processed foods will make you strong and healthy. Also avoid restaurants, becoming financially poor and having to prepare all foods has made me healthier and much stronger.
