Thanks for all of the input. I have done weight resistance training for a couple years with pretty good success but the area that I have neglected is my core.
I've done very well on upper body, and lower, but my mid section I haven't done anything, because of the back issues.
I'll let you all know how things go for me. Once again, appreciate all of the advice !

Dr. Michael McCann did mine here in Houston. Unfortunately it worked for a few days, but then I was later diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis which is the reason the injection didn't help much. He was great though, and the process was easy peasy. He's right over here at like Greenbriar and Main St. Good luck!

        Check out Airrosti Rehab
        airrosti.com
You will be evaluated to see what is truly causing the pain whether or not a spinal issue. We can help find and fix the issue. Look it up online and find a practice near you.

Good answer! Dr McCann is a one of if not the best spinal specialists in town, who does not do surgery. He and I refer patients to each other on a regular basis, including some of Houston's pro athletes.

I've had back problems the last year. Two trips to Airrosti and I feel 70% better. 1 more session this week and I hope to be good. It ain't cheap but neither was the ER visits last year. I've had MRI and X Rays and no major skeletal problems

Dude, this is awesome and glad you are getting better. The key is to stay on your rehab on a regular basis. Weakness and lack of support is what lead you there to pain so stay on top of it. Good luck!
