Lease concerns I'd like your guys input

14 hunters on 3700 acres lease members come and go. So not real sure on how often someone is there been out 7 times 3 times I didn't have the whole place to myself. I'm sure that changes come deer season.


Also we have to clear it with lease manager via email phone call or text anytime we go to the ranch not sure if that's normal or not my last lease wasn't like that

Way to much BS for $4K.

You're $2K in and probably would have a hard time getting the money back.

I'd probably pay the other half and hunt this next season, while looking for a new place.

I'd also look up on the County Plat Map who owns the property and ask for a complete list of members to include vehicle license plates.

And as for letting someone know when you're going, yea, call when you're about to open the dang gate.

Lock your crap up, and put out some trail cams that notify you when they take a pic. Hide and conceal the best you can.

Put the GameWarden's number on speed dial. In fact invite the GW to come out any time you're there or know someone else is there.

I'm leaning this way as well. I'd try to set up some hidden cameras & turn over license plates, vehicle pics, etc. to game warden.

What are you going to do or accomplish when you do? Your money is gone, your lease is ******, lease boss doesn't care....time to grab your stuff, move on, and don't look back.
