I would not throw the towel in unless you could sell your spot. I'd pay the extra just to try to bust whatever is going on. Play dumb, don't announce anything and run several different cameras. Hide a camera pointed at a dummy camera. Lock your stand. Cameras on the gates.

I'd rather go hunting for deer somewhere else and not poachers.

How many others on your lease? How often is a lease member there?

Not worth the stress. I just left a lease where I killed several trophy axis in a year with my bow. I decided the drama stresses me out and make the experience no fun.

I'll be out 2k but better than being out 4k and dealing with more issues when deer season starts
What are they shooting out of your blind in June?

Just curious but for 4k what's your lease agreement say about lease manager running day hunts?

Just to find out a little more info, I'd do some more investigation work. Put out two cameras. Most folks aren't going to look for the second one after they've found the first one. Make sure you do a great job of camo on the second one (hide it in a bush, limbs, paint, etc) See what you can find out about the situation.
                        Best of luck to ya.

Shouldn't be any kind of day hunts or non hunters from what I've gathered, rather than guests accompanied by lease holder.

Game to be possibly taken in off season would be axis fallow or aoudad

14 hunters on 3700 acres lease members come and go. So not real sure on how often someone is there been out 7 times 3 times I didn't have the whole place to myself. I'm sure that changes come deer season.

Also we have to clear it with lease manager via email phone call or text anytime we go to the ranch not sure if that's normal or not my last lease wasn't like that

I assume no other lease members are using each other's stand, or friends of other lease members, just a thought. Do you personally know all the other members? Lease managers are either a godsend or not worth knowing, hard to find middle ground on them. That's why I finally bought my own place, small but in good location and I can do what I want when I want. Good luck. PM if you need any LEO help.
