    I heard them the night before, they were really singing. This must be the reason.

    Will need to put the hammer down.

            They are density dependent breeders, the fewer their are the bigger their litters get. In the near term an empty territory will invite more animals to come from surrounding areas to fill the void.

                          I listened to a podcast with Dan florez and he was saying this..pretty interesting the calls they do are a roll call and effect litter size.
                          He claims the more you try and get rid of them the more they spread and reproduce
