Shoot some oil in the cylinders and crank it over without the plugs in it for a few rotations.

I put miracle oil in there already. That was suggested to me, but he didn't say anything about cranking it over without the plugs. Thanks!

Put a new cap and rotor on the distributor too

This is why it's turning slow. Also won't have enough compression to start. We just had one in here a few months ago. It did the same thing.
