      I will try and go if the weather lets me and go try and keep 2 sows and then finish up with 2 15-17 inch state fish. I can catch state fish but never with any size. Lots of juvenile that probably die trying to get back down. It is a joke- with the season set the way it is if the weather is questionable lots of folks will push on anyways- In my opinion they have made it a very dangerous situation.

                Yes - I'm running out of Port Aransas. If you charter a 12 to 24 hour trip, you can chase them for nearly 50 days. So I'm jumping on boats and maxing out Red Snappers and Vermillion Snapper each trip and looking for Cobia as I fish, rigged to cast to them when they show.
