people still wont carry...this has been legal for years in other states, while I lived in AZ I saw very few carrying (openly). Most of the people that will partake in this already have the LTC, it will just not need to be renewed again

its a terrible bill. it makes people behind on child support and anyone with a minor criminal infraction ineligible.

thats a slippery slope to connect those things with the right to bear.

they can still carry with a permit... no change from today for them.
And felons are already prohibited from even owning guns... so not really different there.

The classes required now aren't proper schooling and training. I'd venture to say half of the people with permits shouldn't be holding a handgun. Could be more than that
