Question About Fillet Knives

I use the cutco fisherman’s deluxe. The blade stays scary sharp and expands according to what size you need. Plus Cutcos warranty just can’t be beat!

I have several, but find myself going back to my Dexter all of the time. Like my bubba blades as well, but not quite as good as the Dexter.
