Who makes the best donuts in TX?

I haven't eaten any in at least a couple years.

What's your favorite type and flavor?

Can't beat Shipley's for a warm plain glazed.

Don't know if they are in TX, but I had a plain glazed one from Southern Maid last week in Shreveport that was really good

Momo's in Sherman is pretty awesome for exotic donuts.

They just opened a Krispy Kreme in Baytown. Those plain glazed are amazing.

          I do like a glazed Shipley's if it's warm.

Hurts Donuts here in Frisco....vastly over rated.

The little shop run by asians who can't speak a lick of English...way better.

You are correct sir. I'm friends with him and the man is serious about his craft.

Maple bacon is always a winner.

I like shipleys or daylight as a chain type donut. There is a place off wellborn in CS that has pretty good donuts. I want to try round rock after the thread the other day

The original donut shop in San Antonio off of Fredericksburg road, get your donuts and tacos for the week all in one stop

Round Rock donuts hands down. I had some today and they were mouth watering.
