We went to El Dorado Sea Side resort in the Mayan Riviera at Tulum. Adult only (18+) quiet, great food, very good staff, comfy rooms and nice beds. I've been to some bargain all inclusive resorts where the everything was great but the floor was softer than the mattress. The negative was the beach. The beach was comprised of crushed coral , rather than sand. It is a high end resort but you get what you pay for.

Normally just the package that includes breakfast.

Secrets Maroma. I just spent 6 days there last month. The resort was super nice, there was awesome, high quality food, the staff was top notch, the spa was legit. There wasn't a single thing I would change about it.
I've been to about 20 resorts in Mexico and I'll say that Secrets Maroma and Grand Velas Riviera Maya are the best I've seen.
