Txhoghunter do you make it over to Clyde's archery at all? Maybe we ought to post a notice on this and see if we can get some people to stir up some hogs locally. As Dena said if you can post numbers of those ministries in Corpus then it might be worthwhile. I'll call them before I go on my hunt and see if I can set something up, though as LostHawg said above, no promises other than the one I've pledge.

As far as tax deductions, don't get too down on people who want these. It sure won't be the main reason they go to the trouble to shoot, track, gut and skin the animal and bring it in. I think anyone who does all that wants to help the needy. Having said that, the Good Book says something like render unto Ceaser what is Ceasar's and unto the Lord what is the Lord's and in my view anything I can legally beat Ceasar out of in terms of taxes I'm going for!

tomme, i spoke with 1 mission yesterday and they said there meat freezer is down, but it should be up by next month, as far as going to clyde's its been more than a few years since i been over there, i only shoot crossbow now , and i just bought me a new 1 last week , so imma be at clyde's sometime with in the next week or so, and i can snoop around and see whats going on, i would love to try and do some kinda of a hunt, since i had to pass on huntin the last 2 yrs, so im just gettin back in to it again...gonna have to it hard now to make up for loss time.......let me know what ideas you come up with in the future please, take care and stick them pigs good!!....thanks tommy
