I've been looking and haven't found one.

Considering how widely rice bran meal is used as a known "super attractant", I'd have to say NO. If there were another device that would feed reliably on a timer, I would imagine that we'd know about it.

I got the pile driver feeder in Saturday, and it's a cheap piece of junk. It does work, but I don't think it will last long. It only holds 30lbs which does me no good.

That sucks but really not a surprise.

Ive been on a 6 month search, nothing found.

I've laid awake many a night thinking about how to build one and I love to DIY stuff.

The only way I see to build it is the way this feeder is made.

I could not replicate this feeder for $1,000

Any way he can make them slightly larger for the TBH group buy? I want one but would like it to hold 500# at least.

From what I've been told by Bruce himself, there's more to this feeder's capacity & design than just being able to make it flow. Rice bran's inherent properties lend itself to spoiling in a shorter time frame than corn and protein. 30-40 days residence in a feeder is about as far as you want to push rice bran, under ideal conditions, according to a rice bran manufacturer. Therefore, no real need to go bigger, unless you're sure you want to feed that 500# in 30 days or less.

We buy it by the ton near eagle lake for our cows but to be honest if it's the next super feed I think I'm gonna keep my trap shut!!!

They make cake wagons for cattle you could load several tons into and pull to your lease but it's a gravity free feeder.

I love it and so do the deer and pigs. Just can't find a feeder that will work with it because a wooden stand with roof like above!

                          $1000 for one...Ill pass

I may want one. I'm going out to feed some RB today. If they like it I may buy a feeder with you guys. May be late May or June though before I can commit fully.
