I'm hunt two different properties both in hidalgo county. One on the north side of 186 and one on the south.

Just got some work done this weekend, set up some new feeders on old spots and moved blinds to new areas we noticed activity this past season. [ATTACH]844170[/ATTACH]

Javelinas at one of my new feeder sites. This will be my main bow spot and I think this is where my kill will come from this season.

It's so dry at our place we had to move cattle to a different piece of property.

I'm glad I haven't had cattle the last several years. Last summer was terrible but it can't compare to this year. I've never seen so much brown brush in September!

Deer seem to always respond better to corn on the dry years with less to eat.

Farmlogs shows we got rain in Webb and Zapata counties last night. Any confirmed reports from the rain gauges?
