Need input on replacing toilets

I bought two low flow dual flush toilets at Sam's Club last year. They were $99 a piece. Very satisfied so far.

I never knew toilets wore out and needed to be replaced. Ours are 50 years old and still work as intended. I have no desire to mess with these new low flush models.

Does the flow have to do with the tank, bowl, or the inner tank control?

OK, I just checked ours. They're from Toto. Heck, I thought that was the name of a dog. These are the best terlits I've ever left a load in, I guarantee it!

Taller seat height and dual flush are the way to go.

Don't really wear out, the little water channels get clogged up with mineral deposits like calcium. Parts wear out but can be replaced.
I don't really care for the higher seat level, guess my knees aren't too bad yet. Wife loves it.

Any of the new style toilets seem to be fine. I don't worry about how much water the toilet uses. I hold the handle down until the tank is empty to make sure it's a good flush. It's very irritating having to unstop a toilet first thing in the morning!

ADA height, elongatated bowl made by whoever.....to an extent

You get the height and extra room. Pretty much what you sit on at any ADA compliant restroom.

I am partial to Kohler products. They arent the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

All you gotta do is a quick clean then polish the bowl with turtle wax.. no more streaking and last bit of water beads up after the flush.. fun for the whole family!

Thanks for some great info and some bad visions that I can never get rid of. Bye the way, my wife is taller than me so she wants the high seat. Also, nothing wrong with current toilets but that don't mean they don't need to be changed out...says the lady that cooks my meals.

I am sure I am hunting, or thinking about hunting.
