We were out this past weekend to finish up culls and kill a few doe. The moon had the deer moving in the middle of the day. We saw a few new young bucks we don’t have on cameras we think due to the pressure on the place east of us due to them shooting everything that moves. Our ranch owner discussed high fencing that side. They have feeders all on our east fence trying to pull off of us due to them not having water on their small ranchettes they bought a few years ago.

We have a lease on RM 2083 just off Pecos River along the Howard Draw. You go right thru it if you go to the county bridge that crosses the river. Had a great year on our place. 29 bucks and 13 doe.

VERY protected in Texas. Spoke with the GW about them and she said they range in the $20,000 for 1 bear ticket
