Are you a heavy snorer when you do sleep? If so, you might seriously consider talking to your doc about a sleep study referral. I used to have your same symptoms but now I sleep well every night with my machine.

Sleeping problem. Need some advice

I had issues years ago. I was only able to sleep 2 to 4 hours a night. I just figured I was a super human and could go through life that way. Turns out I was a super ****** for thinking that way. I was later diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. It was so bad I was on the danger list for a stroke. I got used to wearing my mask. Now I go to bed at 8:30 PM and sleep 7 to 8 hours, every night. I feel great!

Sleeping problem. Need some advice
Around 4-5,000 a week off on Wednesday and the weekends......well now y'all scared the crap out of me lol I read tbh all the time it's not helping. My wife once took one of those pills you talking about and I thought she died I was on the phone with life insurances when she woke up lol
I might have to talk to the doc then. Seems like as soon as I fall a sleep someone wakes me up and I'm wide awake yes super human crossed my mind but I don't wanna be him no more I want to stop aching and head hurting that's all. I did sleep last weekend for 6hrs but I slammed a 12 pack down and I'm not leaning to beer all the time ain't got time for that.

And if he's lucky he will only become addicted to one of those.
Melatonin works for me, and as stated earlier, get away from tv and phone for abt an hr before bed.
