Gravy starts with a Cajun roux
Tomato paste
More peppers
And a bottle of red wine

Gravy has to simmer about 4 hours

Meatballs come out of oven
Soak in gravy

On the grill shrimp and fresh pineapple

Vinegar based BBQ sauce
