              The crawfish we made today were the best I ever ate, it was the first time I have ever done a crawfish boil, we really did not do a boil, we did a steam, then soaked them in spiced water, they were incredible, we are going to try and serve them like this at Shuck Me, it may be a couple weeks yet because of the mortality rate of the bugs we are getting now, I had 60 pounds and i probably threw out close to 10 pounds.

                Beef tenderloin filets, salad, bacon wrapped shrimp jalapeƱos, stuffed mushrooms, cream cheese-crackers-hatch Chile jam, apple sauce cake, and ice cream.

                      HEB brand sauces are better than what I've tried to make and cheap too. We bought one of each for super bowl. Only one I didn't like was the BBQ.

                      We did wings on the smoker until crispy and then tossed in sauce.

                      Cauliflower pieces roasted until carmalized for sides. It was good
