$10,000 to use wisely - Travel Trailer or Portable Building

10k will pay for a lot of overnight hotel stays nearby in the next 5 years. Just thought I'd throw that out there since you asked for the wisest option. If dad and uncle would be interested in ponying up 10k each, you could build a nice ranch house or double wide to move out there for all to enjoy.

Yup, 10k will pay for A LOT of hotel stays lol. At one lease we had out west, we always stayed in a hotel, not too bad of a deal to have a hot shower and meal and be able to watch football. On the same note, "camp life" cant be beat at times either on other leases and fish camps we have had.

I agree with maybe waving the 10k around to your dad and uncle and see if you can get the wheels turning on a steel building (if thats an option). If you are really serious about spending the money, maybe they will follow suit. If not, just keep adding to that 10k for the future.

For me it would be the travel trailer because i would use it to go other places as well.
