I love my .17. I have killed hogs and coyotes with it at about 100 yds. I have also killed a bobcat at 75 yds. It shoots GREAT!!! I love to punch paper with it too as I get .5" groups with it all day long. I don't have a .22 mag and I won't get one either as there is nothing it can do that I can't do with my .17.
