Question about Criminal Trespass?

Does he have an attorney as of yet? Here in Tarrant, it sometimes, most times probation, but I wouldn't represent myself.

I knew the JP had quite a bid of leeway in sentencing from talks with a couple of Game Warden friends of mine. I just wasn't sure what parameters were in this case.

I know he made video confession. So I guess we'll see where it goes from here.

I don't think criminal trespass can go in front of a JP unless it is a rare Class C trespassing.

LoL, well here I was thinking you were concerned about your kiddo. Yeah, usually first time offense, if no special circumstances and he has never been in trouble before, will get probation. Hope all goes well for you.

I don't necessarily want to ruin a mans life over it but I do want him to get the message that it isn't alright. And hopefully pass the word and slow some of this down before someone gets hurt.

This is the second one in 2 months. My neighbor caught 2 poaching on him in December but I haven't heard the out come.
