Try running it a little passed the number.. Almost to the next one... Or a little bit short... Sometimes they can get unaligned... At least that's my experience...

Turn the dial counter clockwise 20 times to 'reset' the mechanism. Turn dial slowly and accurately. Should open. Call locksmith - they can get in.

Mine is clockwise 50 times.....

You'll probably be surprised at how reasonable locksmiths are priced for stuff like this.

No advice on how to get in the safe without destroying it.

It does have a key hole in it....but Ive never used it.

That's a convenience lock to bypass the tumbler maybe put the key in and see if you can turn it back and forth a few times and see if it will frees something up.... just a chance

Kick the door a few times and strong arm the latch each direction. Then try your code.
