Alright, after fighting with my lap top, here are the pictures that I promised.

The tile installer did not scrape away the old grout before installing the new tiles. So, there are places where there are huge gaps in the tile, and places where there are no gaps at all, thus making it impossible to grout.

Here you can see where there was no room for the installer to put spacers in, so he used cardboard. Of course, after a couple of minutes the tile slide down crushing the cardboard and leaving no gap for the grout. Also, notice the partial piece of tile was installed on the left hand side. But if you look above the shelf in the shower, you will see that the partial piece of tile was on the right. Sure, this is cosmetic but the point of warranty repairs is to restore the house to it's original condition.

This is not debris left on the floor, it is thin set which has hardened on the linoleum.

The bucket on the far right in this picture was left sitting on top of the torn linoleum, purposely hiding the tear from us. On the left side of the picture you can see a grey smudge on the floor. This is also thin set that has dried.
So yeah, if I were to have done this work when I laid tile for a living, I would have been fired.
