Texas could very well end up ranked, but to have them pre-season #13 after back to back to back losing seasons.... kinda reaching there

Wont get an argument from me. They haven't done crap to justify 13. I'd rather be in the mid-upper 20s and come up if they can versus get a 13 handed to them in preseason..

I hope texas fans arent expecting a big winning season. 8 wins would be great. Strong was telling reporters before he left that next year would be a breakout year. I think Herman will win a few more but its gonna be tough.
