Bad thing for my team is that OK has a lot more HS kids than us, LA has a whole LOT more HS kids, and TX has ten times as many.

Yep, good dude. He was a funny guy. He was very protective of Ricky and always had his back while looking out for his best interest.

I hated to hear that he passed especially since he's around my same age. It really brings things into perspective.

I guess he will either go JUCO or transfer to another D1 and sit out next yr ... still has 3 yrs of eligibility remaining

From what I've read it sounds like he didn't want to fight for his job. If so, he needs to go elsewhere.

He's going to SMU.

Not sure on why he left as playing time or a starting spot wouldn't be an issue with A&M's depth at LB. I did read he had a pretty negative experience at A&M whatever that means.

I honestly thought he would play more last year but never really heard about him or saw much of him, and that does hurt the depth at LB

Ogeron ran off several players and fired position coaches who were lazy and didn't want to work hard. Would rather see the slackers go and bring in kids who will buy into the system
