Seen that before. He dropped his horns not to long ago. It looks like a big deer! I bet his antlers where huge before he dropped them.

What a shame .... I guess lack of experience but I can easily tell an axis or WT buck without antlers from a doe not even by using body size to judge. Sucks to see...

He wasn't mistaken as a doe. The shooter knew it was a buck when the trigger was pulled! I need to get over it and move on...
