That is an obvious buck, you can't miss those wounds and the size. Looking at it through the scope would have been an easy getaway. I could need a nubbin buck or a few weeks after shedding but not that one.

It's a shame that a lot of people hunting either don't have the knowledge or the disire to not shoot an animal like that one.
