What's a estimated cost of a 12x28 slab now? Haven't priced any in years. Of any does concrete work on the Gainesville / Sherman area, let me know

I had a slab poured in Grayson County for $6 a square foot

I have been told that it is running about $7.00 a square foot.

Location is a big factor. I just had a slab poured out in the middle of nowhere on my property and it cost me about $16/sq ft. That was middle of the road for all the bids I was receiving.

Size matters boys, if it were just a 4 inch slab, no footings and no dirt work it would fall under my 400 square feet minimum, 6 bucks for a builder and 8 bucks retail, I have my own concrete trucks so it makes it a little easier for me to do small jobs.
