Buck Sleeping at My Bow Blind

This young 9 came to the feeder this morning with two other young bucks. When the corn was all gone, he grazed on weeds and leaves for a while, then lay down 12 yards out next to the feed pen. He stayed for about 1 1/2 hours until a roadrunner ran up on him and startled him. He stood up, then slowly walked away.

That is an exciting experience. The buck doesn't have a care in the world.

That's a hunting experience cooler than a kill. It's not always about ground checking.

All I had was my phone, but I did take several pictures and a couple of short videos.
