I won't kick anyone while they are down, but I won't help dry any Liberal's tear over this result. Same goes for a Democrat that has come to expect "hand-outs" while they live better than the Middle Class of America.

Advice to those that are able: Straighten-up, pull up your straps, put on your work gloves, and pull your weight. Especially Millennials. Most of us and you know exactly who you are.

I believe it's way past the time for ~20 million Americans to grow up and carry some weight. Everyday. Try it. It won't kill you. Over 250 million of us are doing it. Everyday.

I was merely framing my narrative within a context that Christians can more easily understand. That is, do what Christ would do in this situation; be compassionate. I challenge you and any other Christian on TBH or otherwise to talk to their pastor about this and see if they think it would be Christlike to do the opposite.

Also, if Hillary had won, I would have framed the same narrative within a context easiest for liberals to understand.

Thirdly, I didn't vote for either, so it's not like I'm feeling an extreme of either elation or heartbreak. But, it's crucial that we put aside grudges and ideological differences and try to unify ourselves as a nation as we move forward into the next administration. Be the bigger person.

Half of our great nation is utterly heartbroken today.

Conservatives, don't rub it in. Be kind and compassionate to your ideological opponents, and remind them that this is one of the only countries on the planet where our populace can be so divided, yet still love each other as brothers and sisters. For the majority of you that are Christians, think about what Jesus would do - seriously; don't forget to use this opportunity to act Christlike.

Liberals, I'm sorry. I know you and I are opposed on fiscal/governmental ideals but aligned on social ideals, but I promise you - the world is not ending. Once an election cycle ends, all of the fire and brimstone goes away and the rhetoric cools down. I know Trump said utterly unacceptable things, and I too think he owes the American people a big apology for that behavior. But the American people overwhelmingly said that they are done with Washington.

Most of you who know me know how outspoken I am, and and how much I love using uncensored, raw language in dispensing my unique brand of commentary on the issues I'm passionate about. Not today. Today, the only thing I have to say is that if you're reading this, YOU matter to me, and whether you are elated, heartbroken or terrified, we're in this together.

I have a lot of emotions after this election. I don't post on the forum a lot but I do read it pretty much daily. Regardless of who won I am at a loss at the level of butthurt that some people have regarding Trump winning the election. For someone who hasn't had any ties to Washington people aren't even giving him a chance and constantly claim that all of his supporters are bigots, racists etc etc. Yeah sure whatever..

What I have felt has been the most interesting thing about the day after the election are the countries that have reached out to the U.S. after Trump being announced the president elect. More specifically being Russia. This hasn't been covered much by the media (the liberal media standard).

I know things can always change rapidly but I was very uneasy about Hillary becoming president and her enforcing a no fly zone over Syria. We were talking in the squadron and if that had happened I truly believe it would have progressed into something people couldn't even have imagined. People (liberals) may be all bent out of shape over this and even to the point of protesting, that act doesn't even deserve a response, but so far with the election of Trump we apparently have already dodged one bullet of possibly many.

It took 2 seconds for this to happen. Then this a.m. all headlines were "Trump puts world markets in turmoil" "Stocks set to open lower on Trump" And I heard the CNN lady say You better look at your 401k or retirement account before markets open because Trump is making the markets crash today. and on and on and on.. They didn't miss a second ALL morning


And then the markets open and rally. So where was the headline Trump made you all money or Trump makes stock market rally ????? Nope, same old same old. Not one positive but it sure as heck is all negative.
