So Ive been looking around at some breeders on the internet here in Texas and some of the pups are anywhere from $900 to $1,300! That to me is a crazy price!

Prices vary, immensely. The difference between a 1300 JR and a 300 JR is a 1000 dollars and that's it. Higher priced dogs come with papers and stipulations, such as must be neutered or spayed. Cant get them till 8 weeks old or older, that's a bunch of bull. I sale mine for 300, full blooded. I get them to you at 4-5 weeks of age. That way you can keep the bad habits to a minimum. The biggest thing about training a JR, is time with you. The more time with you they spend, they become attached to you and learn what you want. You can train them on easy commands as early as 4weeks.
Im not trying to convince you to buy mine, just trying to help. When you decide to buy one, insist on pics of the stud and *****. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of the dogs, don't buy.

How do you teach yours to get antlers. Mine never have caught on to that.

Our new addition to the family. You can see how hyper she is. 8 weeks old tomorrow. She is very bright, athletic. She is doing well potty training. 1st day we had her, she would go on the pad, 1 day, that's all it took. We are working on getting it engrained in her to come when I call. She is doing very well with that. Stays right with me when we are walking in the woods or yard.

I got this one from Killer Miller(James). Only other person I would recommend.

I've had two, both have been EXTREMELY intelligent and tough.
The first one jumped from a three story house balcony in order to chase us down as we were leaving, lived without a scratch.
Eventually got ran over a few years ago. My current dog is tough as they come but will pick a fight with anything. Extremely wild and loves to play with kids. Never snaps at anybody, UNLESS you're trying to touch his owners or his food.

My JRT loves to play and rough house with my son and has since he was a pup. He would however, growl at anyone who messed with his food for the first couple years. He doesn't now and hasn't for a few years. He will still snap on occasion when surprised, but he's snapping at air, not the person. Just a little warning ! very intelligent dog and a joy to this family. He rides with me a lot, even trips of several hours. Wakes me up at night if he needs to poop, but holds his bladder from bedtime to when I get up most of the time. Great dog !
What a great looking dog!! Ever since I saw a JR work in South Africa that would be the one for me. Watching that dog find and bay a 600 point blue wildebeest was a eye opener. Great dogs.

Best dog by far I have ever owned. Her Dad is Tebow (Lovemylegacys stud) and mother is Yota (Lovemylegacys son owns) She is smart as a whip and tracks very well. She is great with small kids other than jumping up to kiss them. The most loyal dog I have ever seen by far. It depends on how you raise them and I agree, the younger you can get them, the better. I highly recommend Lovemylegacys and his sons dogs. Great people and great dogs! Only problem is that one day they will break your heart!
