Man that's tough to hear. I just had a dog go through some auto immune issues, and spent a lot of money to get her better. I hope you have the same luck! Just hang in there

Pup seams to be doing better this afternoon. No bad signs as of yet. Only thing that seams to be doing worse is the actual bite. It is slowly getting a little bigger and nastier looking. Will be back at vet first thing in morning. Should have more updates by then.

Daggum, I hate to hear this. Hopefully they fully recover and get back to doing DOG stuff!!!

I would like to tell you that based on my past experiences you are worrying too much about the lab but I can't, I have been in the same spot with my Lacy and it worried me sick! Prayer up!
Originally posted by WLKRTXRNGR View PostI researched it and decided against it. I'm in the medical field and felt the lack of scientific evidence supporting the vaccine (even from manufacturer) was alarming. I believe the manufacturer of the vaccine stated "some" vets noted "some" possible benefit. I do believe the snake proofing is well worth it and will do a refresher with my labs again next year. Not a fun day for my dogs but hopefully will prevent a bite (and might warn my wife on their walks that trouble is near)....
