They did sorta, just had to have permits to kill them. They reversed that though

That's funny, my buddy has some on his ranch that are high strung as heck. You can't get close to them. He finally killed one this past week but it took 7 days of hunting. The one I killed wasn't easy. I guess it's where there are living.

Very possible, the guide said they've been out there a year and have always been that way and no one has ever shot at them before. He said he wouldn't let me shoot one, but he'd let me kill one with a stick lol

Yes. That's Britt Rice's place. I sometimes have to jump out on people pulled over there for an extended period of time while the animals are close to the fence. Most of them are only shooting photographs. I'm waiting on the day to find a guy with a gun hanging out the window.
