I've been driving by these things in a pasture just outside of town now for almost 2 years since I first saw them. Since then, I've been trying to figure out what they are. Am I missing something obvious?

They did sorta, just had to have permits to kill them. They reversed that though

But yes that's a addax, and the ones I've been around were dumber than a box of rocks... stood in the middle of the road and let the truck bump into them
